CLIENT BRIEF:

Requisite of designing and development of a Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) survey and rewards system. The Client wanted to add some more features in the existing CRM.


OUR ENDEAVOR:

The product idea was pretty clear and defined as it required a website as a single platform to various resorts. The required changes included agent profile page, drop down categories, option for the client to fetch previous records and a new feature compare & validate to check out date should not be less than check in date. There has been the addition of three pages in the admin panel which are displays guest id, name, email and login time in descending order, shows all submitted rewards and admin have the ability to sort them by month or date including reprocessing link which displays the first name, last name, and reservation number. the effort and labor put in to meet the client requirements were successful. The development team contrived well enough and adding a firm admin panel that allows the administrator of the site to manage all the features and functionalities of the web-based CRM starting from its pages to its content and its product categories and listings. The content of the web is based CRM is manageable from the back
