- CMS design or integration including but not limited to blogs, shopping carts, and web forums. These require a separate design agreement.

All customers may request support by using our email- based ticketing system; just send your request to
sales@codingbrains.com- Maintenance is available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm (PST). We will be glad to provide individual assistance in solving the issues online. The guaranteed response time is 4 business hours.
- Unused Maintenance hours would not be transferred to the following month.
- Support & Maintenance Packages are non-refundable.
